2015: Office space enlarged by 50 percent to 750 square metres in September
An unforgettable weekend in June: 15th anniversary of the company with the employees in Prague; 33 employees.

2014: Sponsoring membership of SHL Versicherungsmakler GmbH in Deutsche Franchiseverband e.V. (German franchising association).

2013:
Strategy prize conferred by StrategieForum e.V. in the “Innovation” category for the strategic realignment of the Schutzgemeinschaft für Baufinanzierende e.V. (German association for the protection of parties financing construction).
Start to the analysis, documentation and optimisation of all SHL Versicherungsmakler GmbH’s operating processes as a basis for programming the company’s own process-based management software.

2011: First certification of SHL Versicherungsmakler GmbH’s quality management to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard by TÜV Süd (German technical Inspectorate) and VEMA eG (German insurance brokers’ association).
Winning of the mandate for one of Munich’s largest property management companies with more than 10,000 residential units. Development and programming of a customised IT management portal for customers aimed at creating maximum transparency in managing claims and contract management for the individual homeowners’ associations as well ass at minimising the customer’s administrative load.

2010: Membership in the business community of Deutsche Franchiseverband e.V. (German franchise association) geared towards supporting the expansion of its members, in particular through organising commercial rent guarantees and other kinds of guarantees. Strategy prize for the Deutsche Mietkautionsbund e.V. (German rent deposit association).
An unforgettable weekend in May: celebration of the company’s 10th anniversary with all the employees at an Alpine chalet in Tyrol; 25 employees.

2008:
Founding of Deutscher Mietkautionsbund e.V. (German association for rent deposits) and Schutzgemeinschaft für Baufinanzierende e.V. (German association for the protection of parties financing construction) by Florian Haas and Frank Liepner.

2006/2007: Start to developing a long-term corporate strategy based on Professor Wolfgang Mewes’ Concentrated Systems Strategy which advocates focusing fully on measures to optimise customer benefit.

2006:
Winning of a mandate for the transport insurance of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of consumer electronic goods.

2005:
Relocation in today’s roomier offices in the Elsenheimerstraße 49, 15 employees.

From 2004 onwards: Development of safety package (consisting of guarantees and insurances) for private owner-builders of Germany’s largest manufacturers of brick-built homes. Development and programming of a customised IT management portal for customers in order to create maximum transparency in managing claims and contracts and in minimising the customer’s administrative load.
Establishing of SHL Vermögensplanung GmbH (since 2010: SHL Consulting & Management GmbH)

2002/2003:
Development and implementation of a concept for a company-funded pension scheme on behalf of a company with more than 700 employees operating throughout Germany.
Relocation to larger offices situated on Heimeranplatz, nine employees.

2001:
Winning of the management of transport insurance for an IT distributor generating revenues of € 3 billion.

2000:
Founding of SHL Schwob Haas Liepner Finanz- und Versicherungsmakler GmbH by the founding partners Florian Haas, Frank Liepner and Günther Schwob, with one employee.
